FAQ

When will I receive my order?

Each glass is handmade and made to order just for you. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your order to be made before being shipped from our studio in New Orleans. Please contact us in advance if you need your order by a specific date.

What is your Shipping Policy?

Shipping & Handling are especially important to ensure your glassware arrives unscathed. Each glass is carefully wrapped and then double-boxed.  Only recyclable materials are used to package the glass.  If your package looks damaged when it arrives, please take photographs before opening.  We do our best to prevent breakage, but who knows what those packages go through and hey, glass breaks.  Each package is insured and broken glasses will be replaced.  Just email a picture of the broken glass(es) and notify what size and stamp was on the bottom, and new glass(es) will be shipped.

Do you Ship Internationally?

Yes, we can ship to you at any location. For international orders, please contact us and we will quote you the shipping & handling fee prior to placing your order.

What Kind of Glass do you use?

We use soda lime glass also known as ‘soft glass’. This type of glass is not suited for high temperatures. Please avoid drinking hot liquids in these glasses.

How Long does it take to Make each Glass?

About 20 minutes and 20 years of experience.

How do I Wash my Glass?

Hand washing is recommended. And remember, glass breaks so please, be gentle.

What about Returns or Exchanges?

If, for some reason, you are truly unsatisfied with your glasses, you may return them within 30 days from delivery.  You may also exchange glasses for a different size or stamp within the same time period.  You must pay return shipping to us and back to yourself.  Custom glasses or glasses with personalized text may not be returned.

Can I visit the Studio?

Yes! Showing off the studio and letting you see the 2000 degree furnace is great fun. All visits are by appointment only.

Do you offer Classes or Lessons?
